At Urban Gadget, we want you to be completely satisfied with your tech. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and cables that were included in the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the device, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
